The Arpèges range combines extra virgin olive oils Huiles des Orgues with high quality ingredients from the French gastronomy. This olive oil is obtained by pressing directly the olives with the tangerine. All the flavors of the fruits are kept in the oil, giving a wonderful and subtle taste.

The tangerine oil is interesting on fish or scallop carpaccio, or on a duck filet.
